Tortelloni Asparagus & Ricotta


Our Artisan Tortelloni are hand folded one by one to incorporate more filling. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and we use a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well. The Asparagus filling is made with delicate ricotta and tender tips of Italian asparagus. We then add tasty Italian Hard cheese to enhance the flavour. They can be served with simple oil and cheese, cream, Salmon and even dry-cured ham! Suitable for freezing.
