Our Artisan Tortelloni are hand-folded one by one to incorporate more filling. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and we use a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well. The Wild Boar meat is marinated in red wine and vegetables and then slowly cooked so the meat is tasty and the Tortelloni are full of flavour. We recommend to serve with a tomato sauce, you can even add mushrooms for a restaurant quality dining experience! Suitable for freezing.

Ingredients are 100% natural ingredients: we do not add any additives or colourants.

Premium quality hand-folded Pasta that has been awarded 5 Great Taste Awards by The Guild of Fine Food over the years.

They cook in boiling water in just a few minutes.

Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta);

  • Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water.
  • Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water.

Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.

Pasta (56%): Flour 00 (Wheat, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Pasteurised Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Water.
Filling (44%): Wild Boar (Genuinely wild; Shot may remain) (33%), Pork (29%), Carrots, Celery, Onions, Italian Grated Cheese (Cow’s Milk, Salt, Rennet from vegetable culture. Preservative: Lysozyme proteine from Egg), Pasteurised Egg, Red Wine (De –Alcoholised Wine from Concentrate, Red Wine (40%), Salt, Preservative (Potassium Metabisulphite), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Unsalted Butter (Milk), Rosemary, Salt.

Dusted with rice flour.
