We’ve created the solution, and organised the essentials you need in this Italian Family Box, serving a family of 4 for 3 different meals. With three classic dishes, you’ll be able to satisfy both your little ones and grown-ups!
The hearty classic: Lasagna. We’ll supply you with our Fresh Egg Lasagne Sheets, Nutmeg Butter, Bolognese Sauce and Parmigiano Reggiano. All you need is some additional butter, flour and milk to make your Bechamel Sauce, but don’t worry, we’ll give you some advice on how to make the perfect one.
Mac & Cheese: A fond favourite again with all ages (especially little chefs). Using our fresh Mini Macaroni, this recipe is incredibly creamy due to the presence of various kinds of cheese – we supply you with Pecorino Romano and Parmigiano Reggiano to bring some Italian aromas to your table, but feel free to add extra cheddar to taste. Finish this dish off with breadcrumbs for a crispy finish.
Our last family favourite is one of the most popular Italian dishes: Fresh Spaghetti alla Bolognese. This sauce is slow-cooked for 3 hours to ensure a deeper depth of flavour which will have you and your family slurping the Spaghetti and laughing together. We understand it’s a lot of ingredients, so we recommend storing the sauces and pasta in the cupboard (for the sauces – but not too long!) and freezer (pasta is best here!) and taking them out anytime so you can delight your family with some mouth-watering comfort food, anytime.
