Our Nutmeg Butter is made in our London pastificio and is ready to be used immediately. Easy to use and versatile – just melt it in a pan and incorporate it into your dish or pair with our filled pasta.

Nutmeg Butter is often overlooked but brings a gentle, warming, nutty profile, meaning you don’t overwhelm your fillings but can elevate the depth. Need some ideas? About Nutmeg Butter (30g)

Slowly infused for depth of flavour.

Freshly made in our pastificio kitchen.

Suitable for Vegetarians.

14 days minimum shelf life.

Place the Butter into a frying pan on low heat and gently melt. Drain your pasta from the saucepan and combine, making sure some of the starchy pasta water makes it into the melted butter. Stir carefully until all the pasta is well coated.

Unsalted butter (98%) (Milk), Nutmeg (2%).
