Our artisan Spaghetti is a variety of egg pasta Spaghetti typical of the Abruzzo region in Italy, with a square cross-section about 2–3 mm thick. Made using premium quality Italian durum wheat and 00 flour and have a high free-range egg content (30%), which gives them a light and silky texture. With a few minutes cooking time and a classic pasta choice, they have become a household favourite. We suggest pairing it with our Spicy Tomato Sauce or the classic Bolognese Sauce.
