This is the most popular of all pastas. It is known for its long, thin and round shape, which makes it great for serving with a wide variety of sauces, meats and vegetables. It can be served with the most common sauce of all — marinara sauce — as well as spaghetti Bolognese, meatballs, mushrooms and carbonara.
