Ingredients

250 g La Tua Pasta Tonnarelli
300 g La Tua Pasta Tomato Sauce
5 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
90 g Taggiasche olives, pitted
2 tbsp capers, drained
30 g Parmigiano Reggiano
Olive oil

Please note that some essential ingredients may
be listed in the recipe but not included when purchasing.

Instructions

In a frying pan, add a generous drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, add your anchovies, olives and capers. When the anchovies have ‘dissolved’, stir in the Tomato Sauce and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook the sauce uncovered on low heat for 15 minutes and season to taste.

While the sauce is slowly cooking, bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Cook the Tonnarelli for 3-4 minutes. Drain the pasta, then toss with the sauce, adding some starchy pasta water. Stir carefully until all the pasta is well coated.

Garnish with a sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano and serve immediately.

Buon Appetito!
