You’ll receive a wide range of mixed antipasti (add a bottle of wine or a peach bellini for a true aperitivo experience); once completed, it’s time to serve the hero dish. The popular Aubergine Parmigiana Tortelloni with Tomato sauce can be served quickly and only takes 5 minutes to cook and no skill is really needed. Gently cook your Tortelloni in salted boiling water, gently simmer your sauce, plate a ladle of sauce and top with your Tortelloni for an elegant finish, not forgetting the Parmigiano Reggiano grated on top.
For a magical finish to your serving, dig into the sharing Italian Baci di Dama (hazelnut biscuit with a chocolate creme).
