Majani is one of the oldest Italian chocolate factories founded in 1796 in Bologna. They are one of the few bean-to-bar chocolate producers; their chocolate is produced starting from raw cocoa beans which are roasted in their plant and then mixed into the final product. You will be surprised by the tasteful shell made in dark, milk or white chocolate that holds a sweet, soft, cream filling.
