Our chefs use a traditional and simple Italian recipe to create our Artisan Tomato Sauce in our London pastificio. Our sauce is slow-cooked with fresh basil, onions, and garlic, without the use of any artificial preservatives, colourants, or flavour enhancers. This sauce pairs well with all of our fresh plain pasta and makes a delicious base for recipes.

Bring to a gentle boil whilst stirring. Ensure tomato sauce is pipping hot, above 65ºC when serving.
