Recipe: Orecchiette with Tomato Sauce Recipe

This recipe is versatile and highly customisable — add in your favourite veg for a balanced delicious meal or leave out the Parmigiano to make this dish vegan/vegetarian friendly.


250 g La Tua Pasta Orecchiette
300 g La Tua Pasta Tomato Sauce
30 g Parmigiano Reggiano
Olive oil

Please note that some essential ingredients may
be listed in the recipe but not included when purchasing.


Boil the Orecchiette in about 2.5 litres of salted water for 4-5 minutes.

In a separate frying pan, gently simmer your Tomato Sauce and add 3 tablespoons of the starchy pasta water.

Drain the Orecchiette and add into the Tomato Sauce. Toss together for 1 extra minute.

Finish the dish with a drizzle of olive oil and a generous sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano.
