Boil your Lilies for only 2 minutes in a large saucepan filled with well-salted water.
Meanwhile, slowly melt the Lemon Butter in a frying pan, adding a couple tablespoons of starchy pasta water. Once the pasta is cooked, transfer it to the frying pan using a slotted spoon.
Gently combine the Lilies with the butter sauce. Once well coated, plate your pasta, tear the Burrata into pieces and add it on top. For a final touch, grate some lemon zest atop for an extra layer of freshness.
