Four Cheese Ravioli (250g & 1kg)


This filling brings together the distinctive taste of goat cheese, gorgonzola, and Italian hard cheese blended with delicate ricotta. Our Ravioli are square-shaped pasta parcels made from 00 and Durum Wheat flour with a high free-range egg content (30%) – this is a sign of superior quality.
You can keep this Ravioli simple with a generous sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano or pair with our Fresh Tomato Sauce or try them with melted butter and crushed walnuts.

  • Pasta (50%): Flour 00 (Wheat), Pasteurised Free Range Egg(30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Water
  • Filling (50%): Ricotta Cheese (MILK),  Italian grated cheese (MILK, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Preservative: EGG Lysozyme),  Gorgonzola Cheese (MILK, Salt, Animal Rennet), Goat Cheese (MILK), MILK, Black Pepper
  • Dusted with rice flour.

  • Produced in a factory that handles Wheat, Egg, Milk, Nut, Crustacean, Fish, Mustard, Celery, Mustard and Soy.

Storage Instruction

  • Keep refrigerated below 5C.
  • Once opened consume within 3 days.
  • Suitable for Freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month, cook from frozen.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta);
  2. Add the pasta and cook for 3-4 minutes for fresh pasta, or 4 – 5 minutes for frozen pasta;
  3. Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
