The cashew nuts give the pesto a creamy consistency and richness – while the sweet red bell peppers stay dominant as the main flavour note. Frantoio di Sant’Agata uses only superior quality peppers for its preparation, free from preservatives, artificial colours and artificial flavours. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Storage Instuctions

Room temperature: keep in a dry and cool place. After opening keep in a refrigerator covered with extra virgin olive oil and consume within 7 days.
