Truffle Burrata (Caseificio Maldera) – 125g


Caseificio Maldera has been producing Apulian Burrata for 50 years. They pride themselves on their carefully bred dairy herds which roam through the fields of Puglia and are naturally fed – as well as their traditional dairy production- which starts  a few hours after milking for each batch. We chose this special truffle infused Burrata to use either as an antipasti, to combine with red ripe tomatoes and basil – or to let  melt on top of your pasta – making it part of your creamy sauce.
