Taggiasche Olives – Pitted (Frantoio Sant’Agata)- 90g


The small Taggiasca olive is the characteristic olive from the hills of Oneglia (Liguria) and it only grows in the province of Imperia. Harvested by hand and according to old family traditions, it is preserved in extra virgin olive oil and later has the stones removed – in this way, it preserves its fruity flavour. It is ideally suited to aperitifs and it also makes a good flavouring for sauces. These Taggiasche Olives are prepared by a small oil mill located in the picturesque village of Sant`Agata d`Oneglia.
