This filling brings together the distinctive taste of goat cheese, gorgonzola, and Italian hard cheese blended with delicate ricotta. Our Ravioli are square-shaped pasta parcels made from 00 and Durum Wheat flour with a high free-range egg content (30%) – this is a sign of superior quality. You can keep this Ravioli simple with a generous sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano or pair with our Fresh Tomato Sauce or try them with melted butter and crushed walnuts.

Ingredients are 100% natural: we do not use any additives or colourants
Cook in boiling water for just a few minutes

Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta);
Add the pasta and cook for 3-4 minutes for fresh pasta, or 4 – 5 minutes for frozen pasta;
Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
