Parmigiano-Reggiano is the Italian hard cheese we all love to sprinkle on top of our pasta. It is named after specific areas west of the river Reno where the authentic Parmigiano with a DOP certificate is produced. We chose this Silver World Cheese Award winner because it is made by the Delfante family business – using only Italian Milk and following the traditional cheese making processes. Most importantly its rich, sweet and tangy flavour sets it way above its class – a flavour which you can only achieve with a 30 month aging process! Use it to make your pasta even better – or as part of your antipasti on its own – it will surprise you! 2 months shelf life
