This deeply-flavored condiment with sun-dried tomatoes blended with parmigiano cheese, cashew, basil, garlic and olive oil creates a unique sauce for fresh pasta, and it also works well as a dip or spread. This pesto is made by a small oil mill located in the picturesque village of Sant`Agata d`Oneglia.
