Our Ravioli are square-shaped pasta parcels made from 00 and durum wheat flour with a high free-range egg content (30%) – this is a sign of superior quality. This filling is made with a combination of premium beef (slow-cooked in red wine and vegetables) and summer black truffles from the Umbria region in Italy. A twist on a classic Beef Ravioli and a firm favourite.

Cook in boiling water for just a few minutes

Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water;
Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water.

Filling (50%): Beef (45%), Carrots, Onion, CELERY, Italian Grated Cheese (MILK, Salt, Rennet), Red Wine, Olive Oil, Rosemary, Salt, Black Pepper, Black Truffle Cream (0.1%) (Black Truffle-Tuber Aestivum, Truffle Juice, Salt, Natural Truffle Flavouring). Using beef from the E.U.Dusted with rice flour
