Orecchiette is a kind of homemade pasta typical of Puglia. The name comes from their peculiar shape as they are reminiscent of small ears. La Tua Pasta Orecchiette are made only with premium Italian durum wheat flour and are suitable for vegans*. Due to their freshness, they cook in less than 5 minutes! This authentic Southern-style pasta shape is traditionally served with a variety of vegetable or meat sauces, or simple tomato-based sauces sprinkled with Parmigiano Reggiano.

About Orecchiette Pasta

Authentic fresh pasta made in London by an artisan family-run business.

Made fresh daily with premium quality Italian ingredients and free-range eggs.

Ingredients are 100% natural: we do not use any additives or colourants.

Cook in boiling water for just a few minutes.

Suitable for vegans*: this Pasta is suitable for vegans as it is made only with durum wheat flour and water. However, our products are not produced with dedicated equipment.

Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to a boil in a large pot.
Simmer the Orecchiette and:

  • Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in salted boiling water.
  • Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in salted boiling water.

Drain and serve with Parmigiano Reggiano and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
