Our Artisan Charocal Tortelloni are hand folded one by one to incorporate more filling. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and we use a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well. The filling is made with Devonshire Crab and Mascarpone. It can be served with Chilli Butter, Lemon Butter or Garlic & Parsley Butter plus some cherry tomatoes and fresh chilli! Suitable for freezing. Available for a limited time.

  • Pasta (56%): Durum Wheat Flour
  • Pasteurised Egg (30%)
  • Salt, Charcoal (1%) (Colorant: Vegetable carbon: E153)
  • Filling (44%): Crab Meat (Crustaceans) (50%) (Hand-picked; Some shell may remain)
  • Mascarpone Cheese (Milk) (40%)
  • Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Shallot, Pernod, Unsalted Butter (Milk), Salt


  • For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in BOLD. Produced in a factory that handles Wheat, Egg, Milk, Nut, Crustacean, Fish, Celery and Soy. Due to the nature of the product, some traces of shell may occur.

Storage Instruction

  • Packed in a protective atmosphere. Keep refrigerated below 5C. Once opened consume within 3 days. Suitable for Freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month, cook from frozen.

Cooking Instructions

  • Fresh : Cook for 3-4 minutes in boiling water.
  • Frozen: Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water. Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
