Wildfarmed aims at changing the system by harvesting without either harassing the environment or compromising the taste: this method of growing provides wheat with a nutty, depth of flavour, while constantly improving the soil in which it is grown.

Mixing the flours creates a slightly nutty taste to thwith the smooth and rich flavour of the Truffle & Ricotta, you will be graced by a delicate combination of aromas.

Suitable to be paired with a range of sauces.

Cook in boiling water for just a few minutes.

Storage Instuctions

Keep refrigerated below 5C.
Once opened consume within 3 days.
Suitable for Freezing. Freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month, cook from frozen.

Ingredients

Pasta (56%): Wheat Flour, Pasteurised Egg, Water, Salt. Filling (44%): Ricotta cheese (Milk), Mascarpone Cheese (Milk), Italian grated cheese (Milk, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Preservative: Egg Lysozyme), Black Truffle Cream (7%) (Black Truffle-Tuber Aestivum (80%), Water, Truffle Juice, Salt, Natural Truffle Flavouring).

Wheat, Egg, Milk. Produced in a factory that handles Wheat, Egg, Milk, Nut, Crustacean, Fish, Celery, Mustard and Soya.

Cooking Instructions

Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to a boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta).
Add the pasta and cook for 3-4 minutes for fresh pasta, or 4 – 5 minutes for frozen pasta.
Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
