Wildfarmed Black Truffle Tortelloni (250g & 1kg)

Our Wildfarmed Black Truffle & Ricotta Tortelloni is filled with black truffles combined with a base of delicate and creamy cheeses.

Made by blending 00 flour with Wildfarmed flour – which is grown without the use of ‘cides (pesticides, herbicides and fungicides). Wildfarmed believes we can fix the planet by combining natural farming methods with the best of modern technology to create the most flavoursome grain you can get your hands on and make pasta that is not only delicious but also helps the planet.

Wildfarmed aims at changing the system by harvesting without either harassing the environment or compromising the taste: this method of growing provides wheat with a nutty, depth of flavour, while constantly improving the soil in which it is grown.

Mixing the slightly nutty taste of this wholemeal pasta with the smooth and rich flavour of the Truffle & Ricotta, you will be graced by a delicate combination of aromas.

Suitable to be paired with a range of sauces.
