Our Artisan Tortelloni is hand-folded one by one to incorporate more filling. The pasta has a very high free-range egg percentage (30%) and we use a special blend of 00 and durum wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well. It’s filled with slow-cooked beef which is marinated in red wine and then slowly braised to ensure the most incredible melt-in-your-mouth texture. Honour this Tortelloni with the delicate Sage Butter sauce to enhance the depth of flavour.

Pasta (56%): Flour 00 (Wheat), Pasteurised Free Range Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Water. Filling (44%): Beef Shin (35.5%), Onions, Carrots, Celery, Red Wine (8.4%), Water, Veal Stock, Potato Flakes, Olive Oil, Shallots, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Rosemary, Flour 00 (Wheat), Bay Leaves, Thyme, Black Pepper.

Cooking Instructions

Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water
Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water
Drain and serve with Sage Butter
