Our hand-made Pumpkin Tortelloni are made using a blend of selected Italian 00 and Durum Wheat flours, and feature a high Free Range egg content (30%) for better, more consistent cooking. They are individually hand-folded to incorporate more filling, which is made from scratch in our London kitchens. We use top quality pumpkins and roast them in the oven. We then add delicate ricotta cheese, Italian grated cheese and a touch of nutmeg. Try them with melted butter, sage and Parmesan cheese for a restaurant quality dining experience! Suitable for vegetarians. Suitable for freezing.

They cook in boiling water in just a few minutes.
Keep refrigerated below 5C.
Once opened consume within 3 days.
Suitable for Freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month, cook from frozen.
Pasta (56%): Flour 00 (Wheat), Pasteurised Free Range Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Water. Filling (44%): Pumpkin (54%), Ricotta cheese (Milk), Italian grated cheese (Milk, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Preservative: Egg Lysozyme), Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Salt, Nutmeg;Dusted with rice flour.
Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta);
Add the pasta and cook for 3-4 minutes for fresh pasta, or 4 – 5 minutes for frozen pasta;
Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
