Storage Instuctions

Packed in a protective atmosphere.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened keep refrigerated at 0-5C and consume within 3 days.


Rehydrated potato 70%, corn flour, potato starch, corn starch, rice flour, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative sorbic acid, turmeric.

Cooking Instructions

Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to a boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta)
Add the pasta and cook for 2 minutes
Drain and serve with your favourite sauce
