Our Wildfarmed Pappardelle is a large, flat type of pasta, very similar to Tagliatelle. This variety of Pappardelle is made by blending 00 flour with wholemeal Wildfarmed flour – which is grown without the use of ‘cides (pesticides, herbicides and fungicides). Wildfarmed believes we can fix the planet by combining natural farming methods with the best of modern technology to create the most flavoursome grain you can get your hands on and make pasta that is not only delicious but also helps the planet.
Wildfarmed aims to change the farming system by harvesting without either harassing the environment or compromising the taste: this method of growing provides wheat with a nutty depth of flavour, while constantly improving the soil in which it is grown. Suitable to be paired with a range of sauces.
