Our Wildfarmed Pappardelle is a large, flat type of pasta, very similar to Tagliatelle. This variety of Pappardelle is made by blending 00 flour with Wildfarmed flour – which is grown without the use of ‘cides (pesticides, herbicides and fungicides). Wildfarmed believes we can fix the planet by combining natural farming methods with the best of modern technology to create the most flavoursome grain you can get your hands on and make pasta that is not only delicious but also helps the planet. Wildfarmed aims to change the farming system by harvesting without either harassing the environment or compromising the taste: this method of growing provides wheat with a nutty depth of flavour, while constantly improving the soil in which it is grown. Suitable to be paired with a range of sauces.

Cook in boiling water for just a few minutes.
Storage Instuctions
Keep refrigerated below 5C.
Once opened consume within 3 days.
Suitable for Freezing. Freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month, cook from frozen.
Ingredients
Flour 00 (Wheat), Wheat Flour, Pasteurised Egg, Water, Salt. Dusted with rice flour.

Cooking Instructions
Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to a boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta).
Add the pasta and cook for 3-4 minutes for fresh pasta, or 4 – 5 minutes for frozen pasta.
Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
