Paccheri is one of the newest short shapes to be introduced to our website. This short, wide tube shape is ideal for chunky sauces as it captures all those delicious vegetable and meat bits. All of our pasta is made using a combination of premium Italian durum wheat and 00 flour with a high egg content (30%), offering the highest quality of taste and texture. Our Paccheri is sold in 150g packets in order to retain their shape and size, one pack serving size may be suitable for one person, but if you double up for a bigger dish… you won’t be disappointed. This versatile pasta shape can be cooked and served in many ways. Simply boil the Paccheri and dish with a thick sauce and grated Parmigiano Reggiano for an incredibly easy and delicious meal. Storage Instuctions
Packed in a protective atmosphere. Keep Refrigerated at 0-5C. Once opened consume within 2 days

Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month, cook from frozen
Ingredients
Flour 00 (Wheat), Pasteurised Free Range Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt.

Cooking Instructions
Bring 1.2+ litres of water and a pinch of salt to a boil in a large pot. (You will need 1.2+ litres for every 150g of pasta).
Add the pasta and cook for 4-5 minutes for fresh pasta, or 5-6 minutes for frozen pasta.
Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
