Our Artisan Tortelloni are hand folded one by one to incorporate more filling. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and we use a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well. This filling is made is made using Italian Luganega Sausage braised in our kitchen and Fresh Ricotta. Great to be served with a drizzle of olive oil and parmesan cheese, a light Tomato Sauce or any vegetarian Sauce. Suitable for freezing.

Made fresh daily with premium quality Italian ingredients and Free Range Eggs. Ingredients are 100% natural ingredients: we do not add any additives or colourants;
They cook in boiling water in just a few minutes.

Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta);
Add the pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes for fresh pasta, or 3-4 minutes for frozen pasta;
Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.

Using Italian Sausage from the E.U.;Dusted with rice flour.
