This Silver World Cheese Award winner is made by the Delfante family business using only Italian milk and traditional cheese making processes. Its rich, sweet and tangy flavour, achieved with a 30 month ageing process, sets this cheese apart. This iconic cheese can be used in many ways including a to produce a cheese-based sauce with depth or with Antipasti.
