Our Tomato & Mozzarella filled Gnocchi are very soft in texture yet hold an irresistible filling. Our filled Gnocchi is freshly made in our kitchen and stuffed with a mix of tomatoes, fresh Italian mozzarella cheese and a touch of basil. On the outside you have a delicate and soft potato gnocchi dough, while on the inside a tasty filling which melts as you heat them. You can boil them for a few minutes, or even pan-fry or deep-fry them to make crunch Italian-style croquettes! Perfect for all ages as mini ‘pizza bites’. A must try!

Once opened consume within 2 days.
Suitable for Freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month, cook from frozen.

Pasta (78%): Puree, Water. Cooking Instructions

Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to a boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta)
Add the pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes for fresh pasta, or 3-4 minutes for frozen pasta
Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce
