Fusilli are a type of spiral-shaped pasta with diagonally cut ends and have become one of the most recognisable shapes. Leave dry pasta behind and try our fresh Fusilli this authentic shape is ideal ideal for holding rich chunky sauce due to it’s twists and turns, ensuring you get the perfect bite every time. Made using a combination of premium quality Italian durum wheat and ’00’ flour with a high egg content (30%). Fusilli are the perfect companion for any sauce and are traditionally served al dente. Fusilli are traditionally boiled and served with a sauce, we recommend our Lamb Romanesco Ragu or with Genovese Pesto. However, this versatile pasta can be cooked and served in many ways and work perfectly for a pasta bake in the oven or a cold pasta salad.

Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month, cook from frozen
Flour 00 (Wheat), Pasteurised Free Range Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt.
Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to a boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta).
Add the pasta and cook for 3-4 minutes for fresh pasta, or 4-5 minutes for frozen pasta.
Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
