Beetroot Gnocchi (250g & 1kg)

Our potato-based Gnocchi is soft and light in texture and ideal for vegans*. Freshly made using premium Italian ingredients with a touch of natural beetroot powder to give it’s burgundy colour. They are extremely versatile and can be served with any sauce. If you prefer them crispy, just pan fry them in butter.

*This pasta is suitable for vegans as it is made only with durum wheat flour and water and the filling is made without using animal-derived ingredients. However, our products are not produced with dedicated equipment.

Produced in a factory that handles Wheat, Egg, Milk, Nut, Crustacean, Fish, Celery, Soy, Mustard & Sulphites.
Potato Puree, Water, Beetroot Powder (1%). Potato Puree contains: Milled Potato Flakes (Potato, Emulsifier: E471(Palm Free), Antioxidant: Sodium Metabisulphite (E223), spices, Vegetable Extracts) (70%), Starch (Corn, Wheat), Salt, Flour (Wheat), spices.
Dusted with rice flour.
Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta);
Add the pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes for fresh pasta, or 3-4 minutes for frozen pasta;
Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
