Our chefs use a traditional and simple Italian recipe to create our Artisan Tomato Sauce in our London pastificio. Our Tomato sauce is slow-cooked with fresh basil, onions, and garlic, without the use of any artificial preservatives, colourants, or flavour enhancers. This sauce pairs well with all of our fresh plain pasta and makes a delicious base for recipes.

Bring back to the boil whilst gently stirring, ensure sauce is piping hot before serving. Keep sauce hot above 65ºC when serving.
