Artisan Beef Shin Ragu – Ragu’ di Manzo (300g)
The inspiration for our handmade Beef Shin Ragu hails from the northern regions of Italy: Tuscany and Emilia Romagna. This sauce is slow cooked for over six hours in a red wine reduction to gently extract the rich flavours of our 100% British Beef. The soffritto base of carrots, onions and celery provides a balanced sweetness and sharpness to add to the familiar flavours we all love. No preservatives, colourants, or flavour enhancers are added to our fresh sauces. Mix this delicious sauce with fresh Tagliatelle or Pappardelle for the perfect dish.
