The knPro line is part of a collection of stylish professional saucepans that combines function and form in the kitchen. These pots are designed by Massimo Castagna in collaboration with Adele Martelli. knPro line disperses heat perfectly for even cooking every time with its lightweight aluminium core.
Feature:
knPro is a set of aluminium cookware with a nanotech coating and steel handles. Knindustrie presented its first collection of pots, pans and cutlery in 2011, with the intention of using a great industrial capacity creatively to produce a sophisticated collection bursting with innovative features, in line with the crucial tradition of Made in Italy. The basic premise that gave rise to the product idea was to simplify the user experience in all stages of preparation, cooking and serving the food on the table. This pot is made for cooking on all surfaces, however, a heat diffuser is required for cooking on gas hobs or inductions hobs. This diffuser can be purchased separately. Please note that only induction hobs capable of working with a converter plate will function with this pot. Use wooden or plastic utensils and avoid temperature shocks – quick heating or sudden cooling.
