Our Quadrotti are large, square-shaped pasta parcels crafted from a blend of 00 and durum wheat flour, enriched with 30% free-range egg for their distinctive golden hue. Inside, a filling of slow-cooked venison takes centre stage: tender, savoury, and deeply flavoured. The richness of the meat is lifted with aromatic herbs, hints of red wine, and earthy undertones, creating a balanced and savoury taste that lingers on the palate.
Pair them with our Sage Butter to enhance their natural richness, and finish with a generous shaving of Parmigiano Reggiano for the ultimate touch.
