Our Artisan Tortelloni are hand-folded one by one to incorporate more filling. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and we use a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well. The filling is made with lots of varieties of mushrooms, Italian Porcini included. We also add a bit of fresh parsley and Italian hard cheese to enhance the flavour. They are best served with extra virgin olive oil or with a light tomato sauce and a generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese.

Suitable for Vegetarians.

About Mushroom & Cheese Tortelloni

Premium quality hand-folded Pasta that over the years has been awarded 5 Great Taste Awards by The Guild of Fine Food.

They cook in boiling water for just a few minutes.

Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to a boil in a large pot.

Simmer the Mushroom Tortelloni and:

  • Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water.
  • Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water.

Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.

Pasta (56%): Flour 00 (Wheat, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine) , Pasteurised Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Water.
Filling (44%): Mixed Mushrooms (50%), Ricotta cheese (Milk) Italian grated cheese (Milk, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Preservative: Egg Lysozyme), Pasteurised Egg, Parsley, Salt, Garlic, White Wine, Black Pepper.

Dusted with rice flour.
