Tortelloni Mushroom & Black Truffle


Our Artisan Tortelloni are hand folded one by one to incorporate more filling. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and we use a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well. The filling is made with lots of varieties of mushrooms, Italian Porcini included. We also add tasty Summer Black Truffles from the Umbria region in Italy and Italian hard cheese to enhance the flavour. They are best served with extra virgin olive oil and a generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese. Suitable for Vegetarians. Suitable for freezing
