Our Artisan Tortelloni are hand-folded one by one to incorporate more filling. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and we use a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well. This filling is made is made using Italian Luganega Sausage braised in our kitchen and Fresh Ricotta. Great to be served with a drizzle of olive oil and parmesan cheese, a light Tomato Sauce or any vegetarian Sauce.

They cook in boiling water for just a few minutes.
Cooking Instructions
Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to a boil in a large pot.
Simmer the Sausage Tortelloni and:
- Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water.
- Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water.
Drain and serve with Parmigiano Reggiano and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
