Tortelloni Crab & Lobster


Our hand-folded Tortelloni are made using a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well. They are filled with the finest handpicked Devonshire Crab meat, Lobster, Tomatoes and Fresh Ricotta Cheese. They are best served on their own as a main course or to make elegant and refined starters. Simply add some cherry tomatoes and enjoy it with some white wine for a really special treat!
