Tagliolini Charcoal


Tagliolini is a thinner variation of Tagliatelle. It is made using Eggs and only premium quality Durum Wheat and 00 Flours and with a special touch of charcoal. It has a light and silky texture and takes only four minutes to cook. They maintain their shape and bite exceptionally well during cooking. This is a very versatile pasta as it goes well with all kinds of sauces, check recommended sauces below. Suitable for freezing. Available for a limited time.
