Our Spinach Gnocchi are delicious soft potato dumplings made using natural spinach powder and premium Italian ingredients, which are suitable for vegans*. They are soft and light in texture, making our Spinach Gnocchi very versatile and the ideal pasta choice with a few minutes to cook. If you prefer them crispy, just pan-fry them in butter.

About Spinach Gnocchi

Cook in boiling water for just a few minutes.

Made fresh daily with premium quality Italian ingredients.

In order to keep the quality of this product consistent, we use milled potato flakes imported from Italy. Unlike our other products, these milled potato flakes contain emulsifiers.

Suitable for vegans (*): this pasta is suitable for vegans as it is made only with durum wheat flour and water. However, our products are not produced with dedicated equipment.

Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a large pot.

Simmer the Spinach Gnocchi and:

  • Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water.
  • Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water.

Drain and serve with Parmigiano Reggiano and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.

Alternatively, Deep Fry for 2-3 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes after cooking.

Potato Puree, Water, Spinach Powder (1.2%).

Potato Puree Contains: Potato Flour 70% (Potatoes, Emulsifier: Mono- and Diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), Antioxidants: Ascorbyl Palmitate (E 304i), Sodium Metabisulphite (E223), Citric Acid, Turmeric, Carrot Extract), Maize Starch, Soft Wheat Starch, Salt, soft Wheat flour.

Dusted with rice flour.

Sodium Metabisulphite, Wheat.

Produced in a factory that handles Wheat, Egg, Milk, Nut, Mustard, Crustacean, Fish, Celery, Soy and Sulphites.
