Our Artisan Spaghetti are a variety of egg pasta Spaghetti typical of the Abruzzo region in Italy, with a square cross section about 2–3 mm thick. It is made using only premium quality Italian durum wheat and 00 flours and it features a high Free Range egg content (30%).They have a light and silky texture and take only four minutes to cook. They maintain their shape and bite exceptionally well during cooking. This is a very versatile pasta as it can be paired with all kinds of sauces. Suitable for freezing
