Select was created in 1920 in the Castello district of Venice, at Pilla Distilleries, renowned for the art of liquor making. When the popularity of the aperitif began to spread, the Spritz soon became a favourite and Select one of the starts of the Venetian cocktail scene. With its intense, bright, ruby red colour and paired with a large green olive, Select delivers a truly premium Spritz experience.
Made by carefully blending 30 botanicals, including juniper berries and rhubarb root, which give Select its fresh and resinous notes and enhances the product’s structure and persistence. Raise a glass and come together with this smooth aperitif Liqueur.
