Our artisan Peas & Shallot Vegan* Ravioli are square-shaped pasta parcels (made with durum wheat flour and water) stuffed with a simple but delicious filling of green peas and tasty shallots sautéed in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. They are best served with our Tomato Sauce or a sauce of your choice.

Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a large pot.
Simmer the Pea & Shallot Ravioli and:
Drain and serve with Parmigiano Reggiano olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
