They are extremely versatile and can be served with any sauce. If you prefer them crispy, just pan fry them in butter. Suitable for vegans*.

About Potato Gnocchi

*This pasta is suitable for vegans as it is made only with durum wheat flour and water and the filling is made without using animal-derived ingredients. However, our products are not produced with dedicated equipment.
Cooking Instructions
Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to a boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta);
Add the pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes for fresh pasta, or 3-4 minutes for frozen pasta
Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
