Flat leaf parsley butter and Mushrooms are often put together in Italian cooking.  In this dish, we use our classic Mushroom Tortelloni with our exclusive mix of selected mushrooms and we add a classic flat-leaf parsley butter.    Parmesan finishes the dish to add some saltiness to the finish of the dish.

About Mushroom Tortelloni with Garlic & Parsley Butter

Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water.
Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water.

  1. In a large sauce pan add 2 litres of salted water.
  2. Bring the water to a gentle boil and put in the Tortelloni.
  3. Cook for 4-5 and a half minutes, depending on preference.
  4. Gently heat the Parsley & Garlic Butter in a frying pan and transfer the Tortelloni using a slotted spoon, ensuring that some of the starchy pasta waster makes it into the pan with the Butter. The starchy pasta water will help emulsify the Butter.
  5. Gently coat the tortelloni with the Parsley & Garlic Butter, plate and garnish with Parmigiano Reggiano.
