Mafalde Egg Pasta


Mafalde, also known as Reginette, is a type of ribbon-shaped pasta. This frilly Tagliatelle is flat and wide with wavy edges on both sides. It is made using only premium quality Italian durum wheat and 00 flours and it features a high Free Range egg content (30%).They have a light and silky texture and take only four minutes to cook. They maintain their shape and bite exceptionally well during cooking. This is a very versatile pasta as it can be paired with all kinds of sauces. Suitable for freezing.
