Our elegant Lilies (Gigli) are intricately crafted with beautiful twists and turns by gently extruding through a bronze dye (the traditional method of creating pasta) with our signature dough, ensuring an optimal combination of flavour and texture.

Our pasta is meticulously made using a combination of premium quality Italian durum wheat and ’00’ flour and free-range egg.

Lilies can be cooked and served in many ways; they pair perfectly with freshly infused Lemon Butter, Burrata and freshly grated lemon zest.

About Lilies Egg Pasta (250g)

Authentic fresh pasta made in London by an artisan family business

Made fresh daily with premium quality Italian ingredients and free-range eggs
Suitable for vegetarians
Cook in boiling water for just 40 seconds

Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to a boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta).

Add the pasta and cook for 1-2 minutes for fresh pasta, or  2-3 minutes for frozen pasta.

Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.

Flour 00 (Wheat), Pasteurised Free Range Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt.
